Shipping Methods

I offer various shipping methods to cater to the diverse needs of my  customers. These methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: For those who require their orders sooner, we offer expedited shipping with delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: We also provide international shipping to customers outside of the United States. Please note that international shipping may incur additional fees and longer delivery times due to customs procedures.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates are calculated based on total weight of the order and destination. Shipping cost for your order will be determined at checkout; simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. The shipping cost will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Please remember...I am a one woman shop, but timely order processing is a priority for my customers. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons, promotional periods, or orders with customizations,  processing times may be slightly longer. Full custom or bulk orders will have a turnaround estimate provided to customers prior to sending invoice. Rest assured, I make every effort to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Be sure to check spam or junk mail for this email as they do get sent there sometimes. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate its arrival date. Simply click on the provided link or enter the tracking number on the shipping providers website's tracking page.

Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to offer shipping services to as many locations as possible, there may be certain restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping provider (i.e. USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a lost package claim. Once packages are dropped off with the provider, Grace Designs is no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages.
