You will receive a message or email from me letting you know when your order is ready for pickup.

Please reach out to me via email (grace.designs95@gmail.com), Instagram (@grace.designss), or Facebook (@grace.designss) regarding bulk orders.

All custom orders are final and cannot be returned. I put a great deal of effort to ensure the design is approved by you before making the final product. Please reach out to me and we will work together to resolve any issues with your order.

Qualifying items may be returned or exchanged for a different size or store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please send an email to grace.designs95@gmail.com with the subject "Return Order #XXXXXXXX". Please include your order number in the subject line.

No refunds will be given for a lost or damaged package once it has been shipped. If you would like to have insurance on your package, please select an upgraded shipping option.
